A few notes about music samples and freeware recommendation in the end. Real Player
On the Metamusic pages, there are 60-second-long music samples in the RA and RM formats under this small picture  . These formats are supported by Real Player software, data circumference is approximately 10-11 MB, depending on the version. The software is downloadable free of charge on http://wwww.real.com/realplayer.html (a link for the download of free version is on their website in the right-down corner). We have chosen this format as a basic one because it allows the samples to be played in a relatively high quality with a relatively small size of files. WMA and MP3 Formats
We have also prepared music samples in the widespread formats WMA (Windows Media Audio) and popular MP3 in order to meet the wishes of some customers. The samples in these formats can be found in the "Product Details" page and probably you will not be required to download or install any additional software.
If the sound quality of these samples had been preserved, the size of files would have been four times grater. We have adjusted the size of the samples to the prejudice of their quality in order you to avoid downloading too big data bulks. Now the samples are of the approximately same size as the samples in the RA format and smaller then the ones in the RM formats. In this way, we apologize for the worse quality of the samples in the WMA and MP3 formats. It was for the sake of the faster downloading of the samples and on behalf of the user's convenience. Recommendation of Real Alternative
We have found that it is enough to download Real Alternative software to play all the samples in the RA and RM formats and it is of about a half size and data bulk in comparison with Real Player. For those of you who will decide to listen to the music samples in the standard quality, it is recommended to install and use this program.
