Mind Food® Mind exercises

Mind Food® CDs do not contain music. Mind Food® titles providing the experience or benefit while you listen. For example, the MindFood exercise Concentration, helps your brain move into a highly focused state of concentration while listening.

The Mind Food® CDs are of two kinds. Some of them includes verbal guidance in English and we recommend them only to the customers who are convinced that they can understand the english verbal guidance. The others do not contain the verbal guidance and we can recommend them to everyone. Whether the recording is verbal guided or not is stated in the description of the particular CD.

Mind Food® CD selections incorporate verbal guidance and/or subtle sound effects along with specially blended Hemi-Sync frequencies and sound patterns designed to help you achieve and sustain synchronized brain wave activity in both hemispheres of your brain.

As with Metamusic recordings, Mind Food selections are available for a wide variety of uses ranging from meditations or focused attention to stress management and sleep enhancement, or for other practical everyday applications.
